Terms of service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service as follows.
Any artwork commissioned from me will be in digital format and sent via email as PNG, unless another file type is specifically requested. If you want to commission something traditional, just ask! Prices will vary by medium.When commissioning me, you will be asked to submit reference images. Note that I am willing to do a commission without reference images, but you must provide a thorough description of exactly what you want. I also highly encourage this for anyone commissioning me; the more details, the better! A referenceless commission is more expensive because it requires much more time and back-and-forth communication to ensure you are happy with the design. Also note that it may not turn out perfect based on description alone, and you accept that I will work with you to the best of my abilities with what was provided. These commissions take hours and hours longer than normal, please be patient and understand that I cannot continue the work for free indefinitely!Your image is yours to do with whatever you see fit with some exceptions. You retain all rights to your characters and I retain rights to the image created as my art.You may not:
-resell a design for more than you paid for
-use the design for a tattoo, without permission
-claim the art as your own

-Mecha, most inorganic things
-Complex backgrounds
-Anything offensive/hate speech
-Anything I am uncomfortable drawing!

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Payment is USD through PayPal.
Payment is due after a working sketch has been approved. If money/trust is an issue, half up front and half upon completion is also fine.
You can receive a refund if I have not begun work. If there is a mistake on my part, not due to error in reference or description, I will always correct it without further charge.I will begin work once payment is received. You can always ask for updates and I will notify you of any significant delays. WIPs will be provided at every stage to confirm any changes before proceeding. Please do not ask me to make major edits after we proceed to the next stage (ex: change pose after I begin color).Please note that my art is always changing and may not look exactly like another piece I've done before. You can always ask me to try to emulate the style of a previous piece, but you accept by commissioning that results may vary.
